LOCATION:
Novi Sad / Remote
We’re looking for:
- Senior Data Engineer with a deep understanding of patterns of data architecture and back-end system design
- Proficiency in Python or other similar languages
- Strong analytical and debugging skills
- Someone interested in professional growth and willing to learn new technologies
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
Responsibilities:
- Drive the design and implementation of systems at the core of data infrastructure on a small, but effective team of data engineers
- Work with data scientists to build high-throughput systems that allow us to continually invest in a rich, engaging experience
- Help envision, implement, and evangelize new features, pipelines, and platforms that not only deliver data, but insight
- Creating new infrastructure/applications to being exploring new products/services
Requirements:
- A consistent track record of building highly-available back-end systems that scale
- High standards for code quality, maintainability, and performance
- Experience with cloud databases such as Redshift, Snowflake, or similar
- Experience with SQL, Python, Airflow, and AWS
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker
- Experience with A/B testing or machine learning infrastructure is a plus, especially GrowthBook and Eppo
- Some experience with tools like dbt, Monte Carlo, and Amundsen, are nice to have
